Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Employee Relocation Coordinator to support domestic and international employee relocations. This role coordinates relocation logistics, manages vendor relationships, and ensures employees experience a smooth, professional transition in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
This position requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $50k-$55k/annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employees undergoing relocation.
* Coordinate end-to-end relocation activities, including planning, execution, and post-arrival support.
* Arrange relocation-related travel, including flights, temporary housing, car rentals, and ground transportation.
* Liaise with relocation vendors, movers, housing providers, and travel partners.
* Communicate relocation timelines, benefits, and expectations clearly and professionally.
* Track relocation expenses, validate invoices, and ensure alignment with approved relocation packages.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status reports for all relocation activities.
* Ensure relocations are managed in compliance with Wistron policies and applicable regulations.
* Maintain a professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
* Communicate effectively with employees, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in employee relocation, HR operations, mobility services, or related coordination roles.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-service mindset with a focus on employee experience.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR, travel, or relocation systems.
